- Presently I work on the Mission Assurance Team for ManTech International and led a business group to their first CMMI Level 2 rating in June 2009. I previously lead SI International (now a division of SERCO) to their first CMMI Level 3 rating in June 2007 and assisted in ISO 9001:2000 implementation at the organizational level. This past year we have completely revised our Quality Management System to merge the two quality systems. I have been responsible for mapping the CMMI V1.2 to ISO 9001:2000 and to our own quality manual. I have previously kept a large software project at CMM/CMMI Level 3 for 7 years being assessed every 18 months. We never once failed a SCAMPI. I am an experienced software quality auditor and have authored and reviewed major documents for the quality management system.
