Currently work as the Deputy Director of Enterprise Solutions for Meridian KSI, a leading LMS software company, with an immediate focus on formalizing processes and standardizing service delivery methods across the enterprise. In previous positions, I have worked as a Senior Quality Process Manager for a top 5 US defense contractor and as a PMO Manager for a major federal IT consulting firm. Over the course of my career, I have spearheaded several change management and process improvement initiatives, and have designed as many process architectures, incorporating CMMI, ISO/IEC 20000, ITIL, Project Portfolio Management, EVMS, APM, EA, PMBOK and performance management best practices. In addition, I have also served as an appraisal team member for a successful CMMI level 3 initiative on an IV&V Program. Recently invited to a major government agency to present a paper entitled "Project Management Foundation as a Critical Success Factor to CMMI Implementation," which was originally given at the NDIA and SEI CMMI Technology Conference and User's Group in 2007.
