An Integrated Model for Enterprise-wide Assessment and Improvement Technical Report

The Enterprise SPICE model brings together processes from other widely accepted models and standards into an integrated approach for assessment and improvement thereby alleviating the need to use otherwise multiple assessment models.

The Enterprise SPICE Integrated Model for Enterprise-wide Assessment and Improvement is an ISO/IEC 15504-2 conformant Process Assessment Model that supports the assessment, improvement and implementation of processes across the enterprise.
